Sunday Group Trainings — NH Combo Hoops

Build your skills this winter with NH Combo Hoops. Sunday Group Trainings are designed for players in grades 6 through high school who have intermediate to advanced skill levels. Sessions will be held every Sunday from November 15 through December 27, from 8:00 to 9:30 AM, at Concord Christian Academy in Concord, NH. The full seven-week program is $250.

Who Can Join

• Boys and girls in grades 2–8

• Players grouped by age and, when possible, separate boys’ and girls’ divisions

• Coed teams may be formed when registration numbers require

Season Details

• Dates:

      Session 1: week of 11/20/26-12/27/26

      Session 2: week of 01/05/2027-02/21/2027

• Format: In-house practices 1-2x week for 1 hour plus three Sunday round robin jamboree game days

Practice & Game Options

Option 1: Once Per Week

• One practice per week—choose Tuesday OR Friday 

• Includes 3 Sunday round robin jamboree game days

• Full-season cost: $295

Option 2: Twice Per Week

• Two practices per week—Tuesday AND Friday 

• Includes 3 Sunday round robin jamboree game days

• Full-season cost: $575

• Combo Hoops AAU players receive 40% off either option

What Players Receive

• Game jerseys for each jamboree, collected by coaches after every game for laundering

Before players take the court for full game action, our coaches focus on teaching:

• Ball-handling with both hands, changes of direction, and ball protection

• Passing fundamentals—chest, bounce, and overhead passes—along with smart decision-making

• Proper shooting form, footwork, and finishing at the rim

• Defensive stance, movement, and basic team-defense concepts

• Court spacing, simple offensive sets, and an understanding of game rules

Younger players in grades 2–4 receive extra support with core skills and simple game concepts.
Older players in grades 5–8 build on those fundamentals through more advanced decision-making, structured scrimmages, and preparation for school or travel basketball.

Round Robin Jamboree Game Days

• 3️⃣ dedicated Sunday jamborees during the season

 session 1: 12/13/26, 12/20/26, 12/27/26

 session 2: 2/7/27, 2/14/27, 2/21/27

• Multiple short games against other in-house teams, 3 game guarantee 

• An emphasis on equal playing time, understanding game flow, and applying practice skills
